Job Title: Gym Equipment Maintenance Technician

Location: Hyderabad/ Bangalore / kerala

Reporting To: Service Manager / Operations Head

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Gym Equipment Maintenance Technician with a strong mechanical background and hands-on experience in fitness industry machinery. The role involves installation, preventive maintenance, servicing, and troubleshooting of gym equipment at client sites to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Perform installation and setup of new gym equipment at client locations

Conduct preventive and regular maintenance of treadmills, cross-trainers, strength machines, and other fitness equipment

Attend client service calls and complaints promptly and ensure effective resolution

Identify and source local spare parts and consumables for maintenance tasks

Maintain daily service and installation reports (MIS management) in company system

Inspect, calibrate, and test machines for mechanical, electronic, and safety functionality

Coordinate with service team and office staff for scheduling and spare logistics

Provide basic operational guidance to clients after installation or repair

Qualifications & Experience

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred

34 years of experience in the fitness equipment or mechanical service industry

Good understanding of common gym machine names and components

Familiar with treadmill motors, belts, pulleys, cables, and circuit boards

Ability to diagnose faults independently and suggest practical solutions

Basic computer knowledge for MIS and reporting
