- Minimum 4 years of experience in relevant field
Job Summary:
This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of production equipment by performing repairs, preventive maintenance, and safety checks. Collaborate with team members to optimize system performance and maintain high-quality output.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Assist in emergency response activities during equipment failures or power outages, ensuring
- prompt resolution and minimal disruption to service, and perform scheduled maintenance repairs during machine service.
- Identify and address potential issues to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical issues with production machines and related
- systems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new related strategies.
- Perform mechanical skills, including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic,
- hydraulics, welding, and troubleshooting the repairs of production machines.
- Ensure the availability of spare parts and repair or replace defective components.
- Adjust system settings, controls, and parameters as needed to optimize performance and energy efficiency.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and schedules.
- Collaborate with other technicians, engineers, and supervisors to coordinate schedules, prioritize
- work orders, and optimize system performance
