Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Background: ITI Certification OR Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a field service technician in Automobile, Motor, EV, or Farm Machinery companies
- Preferred Industry: Manufacturing sector
- Candidate must be comfortable travelling to Pune, Satara, Ahilyanagar, and Kolhapur regions for company-related work. (Travel-related expenses are covered by the company)
Salary Range: 15k-26k (Based on candidate's experience and current salary package)

Key Responsibilities
A. Maintenance & Repair
- Travel regularly to attend breakdown calls and perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, maintenance, repairs, and servicing of products.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure machinery is functioning optimally and in line with safety standards.
- Provide service support for products under warranty.
B. Customer Support & Training
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality customer service and effective technical support.
- Guide and train customers on basic machine operation, safety procedures, and regular maintenance tasks.
C. Service Documentation and Customer Feedback
- Maintain accurate records of machine issues, maintenance activities, repairs performed, and spare parts used after each visit.
- Collect customer feedback on machine performance and share insights with the R&D team for product improvement.
D. Demo & Sales Support
- Support the team during machine demo activities in sales visits whenever required.
