Technician Mechanical

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technician Mechanical, located in Bhor. The role involves performing routine maintenance and repair of mechanical components, servicing production equipment, and conducting inspections to ensure machinery follows safety and performance standards. Additional responsibilities include diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, assembling mechanical systems, and collaborating with other team members to optimize production processes. The Technician Mechanical will also ensure adherence to organizational policies and uphold workplace safety protocols.

• Proficiency in mechanical assembly, maintenance, and repair.
• Skills in diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical and technical malfunctions.
• Experience with operating and maintaining CNC and conventional machines.
• A strong understanding of safety practices and compliance with quality standards such as TS-16949.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving and team collaboration skills.
• Relevant vocational certification or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in industries such as automotive, railways, power, or hydraulics is advantageous.
