Technician

We are looking for a skilled ITI/Diploma Technician to join our assembly team. The candidate will be responsible for mechanical and electronics assembly, ensuring high-quality production of our products. The role involves hands-on work with mechanical components, electronic circuits, wiring, and testing of assembled units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform mechanical assembly of components as per engineering drawings and work instructions.
• Assemble electronic components, PCBs, wiring, and connections following schematics.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments to ensure precise assembly.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for assembly, testing, and quality checks.
• Conduct basic troubleshooting and rectification of assembly issues.
• Maintain documentation of assembly processes and test results.
• Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and workplace cleanliness.
• Coordinate with the production and quality teams to resolve technical issues.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in the assembly process.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Education:ITI (Fitter, Electrician, Electronics, or related trade) / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.
• Experience:1-3 years in mechanical or electronics assembly (Freshers with strong skills may be considered).
• Skills:Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and circuit diagrams.
• Proficiency in handling mechanical tools and electronic soldering equipment.
• Basic knowledge of electrical wiring and PCB assembly.
• Understanding of quality control and safety standards in manufacturing.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
