Laboratory Technician

Haempath Diagnostics is an NABL-accredited specialty hematology laboratory located in Ahmedabad. The laboratory provides advanced diagnostics services, including multicolor flow cytometry, platelet function tests, coagulation workups, thrombotic workups, bone marrow studies, and comprehensive thalassemia and myeloma workups. Specializing in hemato-pathological services, the lab focuses on the diagnosis and monitoring of blood cancers and related conditions.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Laboratory Technician based in Ahmedabad. The Laboratory Technician will perform routine and specialized tests, operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensure adherence to quality control standards, and prepare samples for analysis. Additionally, the role includes supporting diagnostic procedures, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with the healthcare team to deliver reliable results.

• Proficiency in Laboratory Equipment handling and operation
• Strong Quality Control experience to ensure accurate and reliable results
• Excellent Analytical Skills for interpreting test data and solving laboratory-related challenges
• Competence in Laboratory Skills, including sample preparation, testing, and documentation
• Prior experience or certification as a Laboratory Technician
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining safety and confidentiality standards
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field
• Experience in hematology or hemato-pathological laboratory work is an advantage
• Knowledge of NABL requirements and standards is a plus
