The TECHNICIAN II is responsible for

This position reports to the and is part of the located in Beckman Coulter Life Science, Bangalore Development Center (BDC) manufacturing facility located in Bengaluru and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Accountable New process or technology transfer, validations (Process, Test method, Equipment), utilize risk assessments tools (FMEA) to assess the risks and implement countermeasures.
  • Accountable to create or update operating procedures, Tech transfer documents train the end users (internal and external), implement process, BOM preparations, Supplier qualifications, drive document and change control management.
  • Support the needs of internal customers with training, investigation and troubleshooting within the project scope. Effectively communicate with teams, customers, stakeholders, and leadership on project status, progress, risks and countermeasure.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelors in Biochemistry/ Biotechnology with 3-4 years experience and/or
  • Masters in Biochemistry/ Biotechnology with 1-2 years experience.
  • Knowledge and experience in understanding multicolor Flow Cytometry would be added advantage.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Conjugation- worked with different dye types
