Job Details
- Experienced in industrial or automotive (preferred) area (TIER1)
- Understanding with embedded electronics design constraints
- Familiar with system/component design, EE architecture topologies and safety.
- 3-5 years specifically in Automotive ECU Quality, including hands-on experience in design validation, reliability testing, FMEA, PPAP, defect analysis, and compliance with IATF 16949/AEC-Q100.
- Understanding of embedded electronics design constraints, EE architecture topologies, safety standards, and system/component design.
- Familiarity with vehicle buses: Ethernet/CAN FD/LIN/LVDS protocols and troubleshooting tools.
- Experience in EMI/EMC design, testing, troubleshooting, and thermal management for ECU electronics.
Should have experience in:
- Led FMEA, PPAP, and defect analysis for embedded electronics, reducing field failures through root cause investigations using 8D methodology.
- Proficient in vehicle bus protocols (CAN FD, LIN, Ethernet, LVDS) troubleshooting, EMI/EMC testing, and thermal management for high-reliability ECU architectures.
- Hands-on expertise in EE system design constraints, safety standards (ISO 26262), and APQP processes, ensuring zero-defect launches in production environments.
- Collaborated cross-functionally on hardware validation projects, driving quality improvements in automotive electronics from concept to serial production.
