Role Description
The role of a Technician at GoZefo is a full-time, on-site position located in Mumbai. The Technician will be responsible for the repair, maintenance, and quality assurance of products such as furniture and appliances. Daily tasks include diagnosing technical issues, conducting repairs, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and coordinating with other team members to provide excellent customer service. The role requires on-site inspections, hands-on technical work, and accurate documentation of maintenance actions.
