About The Opportunity
We operate in the building automation, facilities management and ELV (Extra Low Voltage) systems sector, delivering integrated BMS and ELV solutions across commercial, industrial and institutional projects in India. We are hiring an on-site ELV / BMS Technician to join a high-volume field engineering team responsible for commissioning, maintenance and client support on critical infrastructure sites.
Role & Responsibilities
- Install, wire, commission and test ELV systems on-site including Building Management Systems (BMS), fire alarm, CCTV and access control equipment.
- Perform point-to-point testing, sensor and actuator calibration, panel wiring, termination and loop checking for BMS and FAS installations.
- Configure and troubleshoot BACnet and Modbus communications; integrate BMS with third-party controllers, RTUs and field devices.
- Execute preventive maintenance, respond to service incidents, diagnose faults and carry out corrective repairs to meet SLA targets.
- Use field test equipment (multimeter, cable tester, OTDR where applicable) to certify structured cabling, fiber links and system health; maintain accurate commissioning and service records.
- Coordinate with project managers, vendors and site teams to ensure safe, on-time handover and compliance with site safety and quality processes.

- Willingness to work full-time on-site across client locations in India; valid driving license preferred.
