Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technician and HVAC & Air Conditioning Specialist based in Thane. The role involves regular equipment maintenance, executing preventive maintenance activities, diagnosing and troubleshooting issues, and performing maintenance and repair tasks on HVAC and air conditioning systems. The specialist will be entrusted with ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime for the systems managed.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance to ensure proper functioning of HVAC and air conditioning systems
- Ability to implement Preventive Maintenance practices to avoid system failures
- Strong Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving technical issues effectively
- Experience in Maintenance & Repair of HVAC and air conditioning systems with attention to detail
- Knowledge of safety standards and guidelines related to HVAC systems
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving and time management skills
- Diploma or certification in HVAC systems, air conditioning, mechanical engineering, or a related field
- Prior on-site experience in the installation and maintenance of HVAC systems is preferred
