ZebraLearn is hiring writers for K–12 project. We are specifically looking for candidates who have prior experience in K–12 book writing with established publishers.
The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of K–12 curricula, the ability to simplify complex concepts and experience creating engaging, age-appropriate learning material. We are looking for experienced writers who can support the team in developing and refining high-quality educational content for school students.
Prior experience in curriculum development, textbook writing, or educational publishing will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality educational content for K–12 students, including lessons, worksheets and assessments.
- Adapt content to suit different grade levels, learning objectives, and diverse student needs.
- Collaborate with instructional designers, educators, and subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and effectiveness.
- Align all materials with relevant curriculum standards (e.g., CBSE, ICSE, State Boards, or international frameworks).
- Incorporate interactive and engaging elements to enhance student learning experiences.
- Review and revise content based on feedback and quality standards.
- Ensure consistency in tone, language and formatting across all materials.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Journalism or a related field (Master's preferred)
- Proven experience in writing educational or academic content for K–12 audiences.
- Proven experience in writing K–12 books for Classes 6, 7, and 8 (preferred)
- Strong command of English grammar, vocabulary, and writing style.
- Familiarity with curriculum standards and instructional methodologies.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for different age groups.
- Excellent research, editing and proofreading skills.
