The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with architects, builders, and clients, conducting market research, demand generation in the market, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of products and services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with architects, builders, and clients, conducting market research, demand generation in the market, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of products and services.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, and clients to identify new business opportunities and promote the company's products and services
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competition, and customer needs
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and services
- Oversee project execution to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of services to clients
- Conduct site visits and provide rendering services to clients to their satisfaction
- Prepare quotations and material selections for clients and negotiate the terms of agreements
- Provide feedback on future buying trends and advise on forthcoming product developments and special promotions
- Liaise with suppliers to check on the progress of existing orders
- Prepare and present promotional presentations to clients
- Increase revenue contribution in the premium/luxury segment
- Achieve targets for revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development and project management in the construction or interior design industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Results-oriented mindset and customer-focused approach
- Knowledge of industry trends and new product developments
- Ability to travel for site visits and client meetings
