Technical Writer

Job description

We are seeking a passionate, creative and result-oriented Technical Writer to join our fast-growing team. Our technical writer position is responsible for researching, developing and maintaining crisp user friendly technical contents for our new and existing products. This role involves working closely with internal teams to create the content of multiple products.

Must have :

- 2-4 years of experience in a similar role

- Should have experience in various tools like Jira Service Desk, Jira confluence, Wiki or similar tools.

- Ability to communicate with internal team to gather information

- Ability to generate clear, concise and technically accurate contents to maximize the product performance

- Should be familiar with Quality Management System Document.

- Should be able to bring new ideas and innovations to take technical writing to new levels

- Should be able to understand technical communications

- Extremely organized with excellent time and project management skills

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills

- Should be a critical thinker

- Proficiency in English with excellent grammatical skills is a must
