We are looking for a Technical Writer who can create clear, structured, and high-quality documentation for our product and internal systems. The ideal candidate will translate complex technical concepts into simple, user-friendly content for customers, developers, and internal teams. This role involves close collaboration with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Implementation teams to ensure documentation remains accurate, updated, and aligned with product evolution.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain product documentation, including user guides, feature documentation, release notes, and FAQs.
- Write clear API documentation and integration guides.
- Develop knowledge base articles and help centre content.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to understand new features and technical updates.
- Work with Customer Success to identify documentation gaps based on client feedback.
- Maintain internal documentation such as SOPs, onboarding guides, and process workflows.
- Ensure documentation is updated with every product release.
- Establish and maintain documentation standards and style guidelines.
- Improve documentation structure, searchability, and usability across platforms.
- Drive platform adoption, identify value gaps, and ensure long-term customer success
- Act as a strategic partner to clients and collaborate with internal teams to improve solutions
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in Technical Writing, preferably in a SaaS or product-based company.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience writing API documentation and understanding RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with documentation tools such as Confluence, Notion, Git, Markdown, or similar platforms.
- Ability to understand technical concepts related to web applications, databases, and integrations.
- Strong attention to detail and structured thinking.
- Ability to manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously.
- Proactive mindset with strong collaboration skills.
