We are hiring a
Technical Writer to own end-to-end product documentation - including FSDs, manuals, API guides, and internal playbooks ensuring clarity, structure, and consistency across teams.
The Hats You Will Wear
- Create and maintain FSDs, user manuals, API & integration guides
- Translate complex product and fintech workflows into clear, structured documents
- Manage centralized documentation (Notion/Confluence) with proper versioning & ownership charter
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and QA for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain documentation standards, templates, and governance
- Leverage AI tools for drafting, summarization, and standardization
The Perfect Fit
- 2 - 5 years in technical writing
- Strong experience with FSDs, APIs, and system documentation
- Understanding of APIs and backend workflows
- Proficiency in tools like Notion, Confluence, and LaTeX (Overleaf) for professional documentation
- Excellent written communication and structured thinking
Your Edge Over the Rest
- Experience in SaaS or Fintech
- High ownership and attention to detail
- Ability to bring structure to ambiguity
- Someone who treats documentation as a product
