Technical Writer
Job Description
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Writer, with strong expertise in MadCap Flare
- Proven ability to create clear, concise, and user-friendly technical documentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and XML for documentation customization
- Experience with version control systems such as Git
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience creating and maintaining customer-facing documentation, including:
- User Manuals
- Online Help Systems
- Release Notes
- Quick Start Guides
- Other product documentation
- Ability to work closely with Software Engineering and SQA teams supporting several product lines from the life sciences platforms portfolio
