Roles & Responsibilities
- Creating operating instructions, assembly procedures, disassembly procedures, quality inspection procedures, testing procedures
- Create interactive procedure user interface that supports both manual and autonomous procedure performance
- Create collaborative and interactive routine operating procedures so multiple operators can view and collaborate on a single procedure at the same time
- Understand the gate reviews and priorities for New Document Requests & Revision Document Requests
- Prepare checklists & reviewed documented procedures
- Understand the expectation from different Departments AMO, Engineering, QA, Field Service while preparing document
Required Skills And Experience
Required Skills (Technical Competency):
- Proven working experience in technical authoring
- Strong experience using illustration tools creating interactive & visual procedures & documentation
- Experience in new technical documentation and revision & maintenance of existing documentation
- Hands on experience working on any content management tool
- Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail
- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text & pictures & with visual interpretation
- Excellent oral & written communication skills in English language
