Job Responsibilities:
u2022 Adheres to established writing standards and organizational protocols to ensure consistency and quality in all technical documentation, working under direct supervision.
u2022 Works with cross-functional teams to gather information and clarify technical content, ensuring accurate and comprehensive documentation.
u2022 Drafts clear and concise technical documents, such as user manuals, guides, and specifications, under the supervision of senior team members.
u2022 Reviews technical content for grammar, structure, and coherence, ensuring alignment with project guidelines and feedback from stakeholders.
u2022 Completes assigned writing tasks within defined timelines, meeting project deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
u2022 Supports senior technical writers in the preparation and formatting of documents, ensuring compliance with document management systems.
u2022 Utilizes content management tools and systems to organize, track, and maintain versions of technical documentation.
u2022 Implements revisions and updates to existing documentation based on feedback from internal and external reviewers.
u2022 Identifies potential issues in documentation processes and suggest improvements to enhance workflow efficiency and document quality.
u2022 Ensures that all documentation produced meets the companyu2019s branding and technical standards before release.

Your Role:

Greater impact: Lead and execute the creation, integration and release of CT/AMI service documentation, ensuring alignment with Philips design, language rules and regulatory requirements.

Team and stakeholders: As a member of the CT/AMI Customer Service team, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external service providers.

Professional and personal development: Engage in a globally distributed/hybrid cross-functional team environment, prioritizing activities and contributing to project plans in line with the business strategy, and work in a SAFE/Agile project setting.

Seize development opportunities to contribute to the success of service business by providing scaled technical and service content in documentation.

Minimum required Education:
Bacheloru2019s degree in engineering domain, preferably Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical. Certified Technical Writer or Technician, certified in Simplified Technical English.

Minimum required Experience:
Minimum of 4-7 years, preferably in a service-related function or in R&D, Operations, Quality Engineering., Experience in Service manual Technical writing experience

Technical Writing

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companyu2019s facilities.
