Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Technical Writer at ImpactQA. As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating, editing, and maintaining product documentation such as user manuals, technical guides, and online help centers. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and quality assurance engineers, to gather technical information. Additionally, you will ensure that all documentation is clear, accurate, and user-friendly while adhering to industry standards and best practices.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Technical Writing, including creating user manuals, documentation, and technical guides
• Strong skills in Editing, Proofreading, and attention to detail for ensuring accuracy and clarity in documentation
• Experience in Research and a solid understanding of technical concepts, tools, and systems
• Familiarity with Content Strategy and structuring complex information effectively for diverse audiences
• Knowledge of Digital Tools and collaborative platforms like document management and editing tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Writing, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience in software development, QA processes, or related industries is a plus
