Technical Writer

If you have expertise in technical writing for software and hardware products with AI & CCMS, we want to hear from you.

_Requirements:_

- 7+ years of experience in technical writing mandatory

- Hands-on with CCMS/DITA: structured authoring, content reuse, single-sourcing

- Skills: Curate & review AI generated content, SEO, analytics, HTML, style guide compliance

- Experience with tools: Jira, Confluence, CCMS, docs-as-code, version control

- Strong research skills on nascent technologies and collaboration with global engineering teams

- Manage documentation lifecycle from creation to publishing for release cycles

- Experience in migrating documentation during tool/platform transitions

- Excellent English writing and communication for technical audiences

- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to work with globally dispersed teams across Asia, Europe, and Americas

- Location: Bangalore
