Job Overview:

The Technical Writer is responsible for creating clear, precise, and engaging content while optimizing it for SEO to drive website traffic. This role involves collaborating with subject matter experts, engineers, developers, and the product marketing team to develop high quality knowledge base articles. Key responsibilities include proofreading for accuracy, ensuring content meets industry standards, and producing documentation tailored to the target audience.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting keyword research and using SEO best practices to increase traffic to the company website.
• Works closely with subject matter experts, engineers, developers, and product marketing team to develop new approaches for creating more precise and engaging knowledge base articles for the company.
• Proofreading content for errors and inconsistencies.
• Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience.

Requirements:

• 4-8 Years years of technical writing experience.
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in literature, communications, or relevant technical field
• Prior experience in a SaaS-based company is preferred.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Shift: General Shift (9 AM to 6 PM)
