Technical writer (Freelancer)

Based in SF and Hyderabad, we are a young, fast-moving team on a mission to build AI for Good, driving innovation and positive societal impact.

We are looking for a Technical Writer to produce high-quality, user-friendly documentation that supports our products and helps customers maximize their experience. You will work closely with engineers, product managers, and designers to transform complex ideas into clear, concise guides, manuals, and tutorials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, API guides, installation instructions, and help articles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the product and deliver clear and accurate content.
• Develop knowledge base articles, FAQs, and troubleshooting documentation for easy access to users.
• Ensure that all documentation is consistent with style guides and meets the needs of both technical and non-technical audiences.

Key Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Technical Writer in a software or tech environment.
• Strong command of technical writing tools (e.g., MadCap Flare, Confluence, RoboHelp).
• Familiarity with software development processes and basic programming knowledge.
