Technical Writer with around
2 years of experience who can create clear, accurate, and user-friendly documentation for products, systems, and processes. The role involves working closely with
engineering, product, UX, and QA teams to translate complex information into easy-to-understand content.
- Create and maintain user guides, manuals, FAQs, release notes, and help articles
- Develop technical and functional documentation for internal and external users
- Work with developers, product managers, designers, and QA to gather requirements
- Participate in reviews to ensure documentation accuracy
- Align documentation with UI/UX changes and product updates
- Ensure documentation follows style guides and templates
- Maintain consistency in tone, terminology, and structure
- Proofread and edit content for clarity and correctness
