Job Title: Technical Training Specialist

Reports To: Head Digital Learning
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver training programs for enterprise applications (SAP, Oracle, SFDC).
- Advocate and integrate AI-driven learning solutions to enhance training effectiveness.
- Develop competency frameworks and certification paths
- Craft and drive RoI-focused right-skilling programs and competency frameworks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to align training initiatives with business goals.
- Manage and mentor a team of trainers, ensuring high-quality delivery and continuous improvement.
- Monitor training impact using analytics and optimize programs based on feedback and performance metrics.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and incorporate them into learning strategies.
Must-Have Skills
- Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with SAP, Oracle, and Salesforce.
- AI Advocacy: Strong understanding of AI tools and their application in learning and development.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to engage and influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Team Collaboration: Proven track record of working effectively in team environments.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and digital learning tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in corporate training and L&D leadership roles.
- Exposure to AI-enabled learning platforms or digital adoption tools.
- OEM Certification will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and program management skills.
