Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Roorkee for a Technical Training Instructor. The role involves delivering high-quality technical training to students across various technologies, creating and implementing training programs, and contributing to curriculum development. The instructor will evaluate and mentor students to enhance their technical skills and assist them in achieving their career goals. The role also requires effective communication with students to provide support and ensure understanding of the course material.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Technical Training, Training, and Training & Development
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for effective student engagement
  • Proficiency in Instructional Design and curriculum planning
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field
  • Previous experience in delivering technical training or relevant industry experience is preferred
  • A passion for teaching and mentoring students to achieve their professional aspirations
