Roles & Responsibilities:
- Deliver structured training in Data Structures, Algorithms, Object-Oriented Programming. and Competitive Coding in languages like C, C++, Java. and Python.
- Conduct hands-on coding sessions, daily practice problems, and regular doubt-clearing sessions.
- Create and manage coding assignments, assessments, quizzes, and mock interviews tailored to placement-level expectations.
- Prepare students for online coding rounds, technical interviews, and hiring challenges conducted by top recruiters.
- Track students progress and identify skill gaps, offering personalized mentoring and remedial support.
- Stay updated with current trends in coding platforms (LeetCode, HackerRank, Codeforces, etc.) and recruiter expectations.
- Collaborate with the training and placement team to plan company-specific coding bootcamps and domain-focused sessions.
- Maintain coding performance data, analyze outcomes, and submit periodic reports.
- Promote peer learning, coding clubs, and hackathons to build a coding culture on campus.
Educational Qualifications: Any Graduation
Minimum Experience Required: 3 - 8 Years
