This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Trainer located in Daund. The Technical Trainer will be responsible for planning and delivering technical training sessions, developing training materials, providing hands-on demonstrations, evaluating trainee performance, and ensuring knowledge transfer aligns with organizational goals. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with the team to identify training needs and keeping training materials updated with new technologies and methodologies.

• Knowledge and expertise in technical concepts, tools, and technologies relevant to the training programs
• Skills in instructional design, curriculum development, and creating engaging training materials
• Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
• Proficiency in conducting assessments and providing constructive feedback
• Interpersonal and team collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse groups
• Problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in a related technical or educational field is preferred
• Prior experience in teaching, training, or mentoring roles is an advantage
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and knowledge of instructional technologies
