Technical Trainer

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Technical Trainer at Maven Silicon. The primary responsibilities include delivering VLSI and Embedded Systems training sessions, developing course material, and mentoring students for professional growth. The trainer will also support hands-on lab sessions, assess student progress, and collaborate with team members to enhance training programs. Additionally, the role involves staying updated on the latest technological advancements and integrating them into the curriculum.

• Strong expertise in VLSI, Embedded Systems Design, and related technologies
• Proficiency in developing and delivering technical training programs
• Ability to conduct hands-on lab sessions and provide technical mentorship
• Excellent communication, instructional, and public speaking skills
• Knowledge of industry advancements and the ability to integrate them into training content
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical, or related Engineering fields
• Prior teaching experience in VLSI or Embedded Systems is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
