Job Description:
We are seeking a Java Full Stack Trainer who has sound knowledge of the technology and a strong understanding of teaching techniques and fundamentals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating learning paths, designing technical training programs, conducting in-house training, and directly contributing to the career growth and development of numerous aspiring tech professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Providing in-depth training on technologies such as Java, React JS, MongoDB, MySQL, and a solid understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA).
- Creating Learning Paths in collaboration with the Leadership team to develop comprehensive programs and courses.
- Playing a pivotal role in shaping the careers of thousands of freshers by providing them with the skills they need to secure their first job in the tech industry.
- Regularly evaluating the effectiveness of training programs, gathering feedback, and making necessary improvements.
- Mentoring students, providing them with career guidance, and helping them navigate the job market.
- Keeping abreast of the latest trends and advancements in the tech industry to continuously update and improve the training curriculum.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree or other relevant experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Total experience of 1-5 years or above.
- Familiarity with languages: Java, React, SQL, and web development tools like HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Git & GitHub.
- Up-to-date knowledge and insights on software developer industry trends.
