Technical Trainer - Java Full Stack & OOPs

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Trainer specializing in Java Full Stack and OOPs, based at Chandigarh University, Chandigarh. Primary responsibilities include designing and delivering effective technical training sessions, curriculum development, conducting hands-on workshops, and ensuring trainees gain a comprehensive understanding of Java Full Stack development and Object-Oriented Programming concepts. Additionally, the role involves assessing learning outcomes, providing constructive feedback, and updating training programs as per industry standards.

• Ability to design and deliver Technical Training with expertise in training and development methodologies
• Strong grounding in Java Full Stack technologies, Object-Oriented Programming principles, and related technical concepts
• Excellent Communication skills for delivering complex technical concepts effectively
• Experience in engaging trainees and designing impactful learning experiences
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field
• Knowledge of the latest developments in Java, software frameworks, and development tools
• Prior experience as a Technical Trainer or in a similar role in the education or training sector
