Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate Java Trainer who can train and upskill candidates on Java fundamentals and transition them into ServiceNow development. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise along with a flair for teaching and mentoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training sessions on Core Java, Advanced Java, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs) concepts
- Upskill trainees on ServiceNow platform fundamentals and development
- Design and execute structured learning paths for freshers and lateral hires
- Conduct hands-on sessions, assignments, and real-time project simulations
- Support candidates in understanding ITSM, workflows, integrations, and scripting in ServiceNow
- Evaluate trainee performance through assessments and provide continuous feedback
- Collaborate with internal teams to align training with project requirements
- Mentor candidates to become deployment-ready for client projects
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in Java (Core + Advanced)
- Good understanding of JavaScript, REST APIs, and Web Technologies
- Basic or working knowledge of ServiceNow platform (ITSM preferred)
- Understanding of database concepts (SQL/MySQL)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Passion for training, mentoring, and knowledge sharing
Good to Have
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA / CAD)
- Prior experience in training, mentoring, or coaching
- Exposure to ITSM processes and enterprise tools
- Experience in handling freshers or campus hires
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
