We are inviting applications for the role of Manager, Analytics and Insights Manager

An Analytics and Insights Manager transform complex data into actionable business strategies, leading a team to analyze KPIs, identify trends, and guide decision-making for growth, marketing, and product optimization through reporting, modeling, and cross-functional collaboration, requiring strong technical, communication, and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis/ Modeling and Interpretation:

• Oversee complex analysis, validate and reason the output from the predictive models from business context, and develop data-driven recommendations.

• Lead the analysis of large and complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business strategies.

• Reporting and Visualization: Create comprehensive reports and visualizations to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.

• Insight Generation and Stakeholder Communication:

• Translate analytical findings into clear, concise, and actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.

• Present complex findings and recommendations to senior management and non-technical audiences.

Core Purpose

• To be the bridge between raw data and business strategy, enabling data-driven decisions, enhancing performance, and driving growth by turning complex information into clear, actionable insights.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: Masters%27s degree in a relevant field such as statistics, mathematics, computer science, or business administration. A master%27s degree is preferred

• MBA (Data Science/ Data Analytics/ Business Analytics)

• Master's in data science

• Experience: Good years of experience in analytics, data science, or a related field, with at least two years in a managerial role.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis, SQL/ AWS and Excel. Provide guidance to the Analytics and Customer Insights team. Provide guidance to the Data Science team from business perspective.

• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering actionable insights.

• Business Acumen:Understanding of business needs, market dynamics, and how data impacts performance.

• Leadership:

• Proven experience managing teams, project management, and delegation.

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of analysts, overseeing operations, ensuring data quality, and resolving internal issues.

• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, critical thinking, excellent communication (written & verbal) and presentation skills.
