Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a passion for teaching and mentoring. This role requires extensive travel across Tamil Nadu to deliver training sessions, workshops, and hands-on technical programs to various audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deliver engaging technical training programs.
• Conduct classroom, on-site, and virtual training sessions for clients or internal teams.
• Assess training needs and customize content to meet audience requirements.
• Evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback and support for improvement.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant technologies, tools, and industry trends.
• Prepare training reports, documentation, and feedback summaries.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to improve training effectiveness.
• Travel extensively across Tamil Nadu to conduct training programs (up to 70% travel).

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in technical training, instructional design, or a related role.
• Strong knowledge in [Insert Relevant Technologies e.g., Software Development, Networking, Cloud Platforms, etc.]
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in Tamil and English; knowledge of other South Indian languages is a plus.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work independently.
• Certification in training or instructional design is an advantage.
