Key Responsibilities
- Deliver ILT/VILT training on C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, Web API, EF Core, SQL Server.
- Conduct hands-on coding sessions, real-time labs, and project-based exercises.
- Build training content: modules, PPTs, assignments, assessments.
- Evaluate learners through coding tests, quizzes, and project reviews.
- Train on SDLC, Agile/Scrum, Git, CI/CD basics used in IT service projects.
- Prepare developers for client project readiness and billable role expectations.
- Coordinate with Delivery & L&D teams to align training with project needs.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, REST APIs.
- Good knowledge of EF Core, LINQ, SQL Server.
- Understanding of OOPs, SOLID, Design Patterns, clean code.
- Experience with Git/GitHub/GitLab.
Good to Have
- Basics of Angular/React, Azure, or Docker.
- Experience in corporate training or mentoring.
