As a Technical Team Lead, you'll guide a high‑performing engineering team, shape platform architecture, and deliver reliable, scalable solutions that support mission‑critical data flows.
What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor a team of developers to deliver high‑quality software solutions
- Own technical architecture, system design, and scalability strategy
- Define and enforce best practices across .NET, Angular, Azure, and SQL
- Contribute hands‑on to backend, frontend, and API development
- Design and build REST APIs, microservices, and cloud‑native applications
- Develop reusable data integration frameworks and connectors
- Conduct code reviews and maintain coding standards
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement scalable solutions
- Plan and manage sprints, timelines, and deliverables
- Collaborate with product managers and cross‑functional teams
- Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions
- Monitor team performance and support career development
- Identify risks, remove blockers, and ensure smooth delivery
- Drive Agile/Scrum practices and CI/CD implementation
- Maintain architecture and system documentation
- Continuously improve processes, tools, and team efficiency
Required Skill:
- Strong experience with .NET Core / ASP.NET, C#
- Hands‑on experience with Angular
- Solid knowledge of SQL Server (design, optimization, queries)
- Experience with Microsoft Azure (App Services, Functions, Storage, Azure DevOps)
- Expertise in REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems
- Experience with data integration platforms, APIs, or middleware
- Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, and DevOps practices
- Strong understanding of performance, scalability, and security best practices
- Proven experience in technical architecture and system design
- Ability to lead and manage engineering teams
- Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills
- Ability to balance leadership with hands‑on coding
Experience Expectations:
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience
- 4+ years of leading or mentoring engineers
- Experience with data integration or platform‑based systems (preferred)
- Strong analytical and structured problem‑solving abilities
- Ability to reason about complex data flows and integration scenarios
- Strong communication across technical and business teams
