Giraf Creatives is looking for an experienced Technical Team Lead (4+ years experience) who can drive development, lead teams, and act as a strong bridge between clients, management, and engineering teams. This role requires expert-level PHP knowledge, good understanding of Node.js, and exposure to mobile application development.

Role Overview

As a Technical Team Lead, you will be responsible for owning technical delivery, mentoring developers, coordinating across web and mobile teams, and ensuring projects are delivered with quality and scalability in mind.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and manage the development team

- Take ownership of PHP-based architecture and development

- Provide technical guidance and support to the Node.js team

- Coordinate with mobile developers (Flutter / React Native / other stacks)

- Act as a bridge between clients, management, and technical teams

- Analyse requirements and plan execution following SDLC best practices

- Assign tasks, review code, and ensure timely delivery

- Oversee server deployment and production support

- Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability across projects

Must-Have Skills

- Expert-level PHP development experience

- Good working knowledge of Node.js

- Experience in leading and managing development teams

- Strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills

- Clear and confident communication with clients and teams

- Hands-on experience with Git (version control)

- Experience using Project Management tools

- Supportive, collaborative leadership mindset

- Experience handling live servers and production environments

Preferred / Added Advantage

- Full-stack development exposure

- Laravel framework

- MERN stack

- Experience with mobile application development (Flutter / React Native / any mobile framework)

- Cloud deployment experience (AWS, GCP, Azure, or similar)
