Role: Tech Lead – Backend (Java & Go | Spring Boot | Microservices) Experience: 8+ Years

Job Location: Gurgaon (5 Days Work From Office)

We are looking for a Tech Lead – Backend with strong expertise in Java and Go (Golang), along with Spring Boot and Microservices architecture. The candidate will be responsible for designing scalable backend systems, leading engineering teams, and driving high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design and development of scalable backend systems using Java and Go

• Architect and implement microservices-based solutions

• Own end-to-end delivery including design, development, testing, and deployment

• Drive technical decisions and architecture discussions

• Mentor team members and conduct code reviews

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams

• Ensure high code quality and system stability

• Define engineering standards and CI/CD practices

• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure uptime

Requirements:

•8+ years of strong backend development experience with expertise in Java and Go (Golang)

• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Go frameworks (Gin, Echo, Fiber, etc.)

• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design

• Experience building scalable distributed systems

• Expertise in REST API design and integrations

• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)

• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills

• Team handling experience is a plus

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in fintech/payments domain

• Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes

• Experience with Kafka/RabbitMQ

• Understanding of performance tuning and scalability
