We are looking for a strong Technical Team Lead who can take full ownership of architecture decisions, AI integrations, and mobile app development. This role is for someone who has already built and led complex web and mobile products end-to-end, and can guide a growing team while explaining technical choices clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the overall technical architecture for web, backend, AI integrations, and mobile apps
- Work closely with founders to understand business goals and convert them into technical roadmaps
- Lead and mentor full-stack, mobile, QA, DevOps, and UI/UX team members
- Review and guide the design of APIs, data models, and system components for scalability and security
- Oversee integration of LLM and AI services into web and mobile products
- Ensure high-quality code through reviews, standards, and best practices
- Coordinate with DevOps on deployments, environments, monitoring, and incident handling
- Break down requirements into clear tasks, estimates, and deliverables for the team
- Communicate technical risks, trade-offs, and timelines in simple, clear language
Required Skills and Experience
- 6 to 10 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 to 3 years in a lead or architect role
- Solid understanding of system design, microservices or modular architectures, and API design
- Practical experience integrating AI or LLM-based APIs into real products
- Good understanding of mobile app development using React Native, and ability to review mobile architecture and code
- Experience working with AWS or similar cloud platforms, and familiarity with CI or CD pipelines
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to explain complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders clearly and calmly
Strong hands-on background in modern web stack, for example:
- Backend: Node.js
- Frontend: React, Next.js, TypeScript
- Database: PostgreSQL
Nice to Have
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams across web, mobile, QA, and DevOps
- Exposure to RAG, vector databases, or other AI-related patterns
- Experience with high availability, performance tuning, and security hardening
- Prior work in SaaS or platform-based products

- Final selection will be based on a direct in-person interview, including a detailed discussion on past systems they have led or architected
Location: On-site at Elatre office (Perungudi, Chennai)
Experience: 6 to 10 years
Working days: Monday to Saturday
Shift timing: 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
