Armia Systems PVT LTD @Infopark Kochi is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Team Lead with strong expertise in MERN Stack, Cloud Infrastructure, and AI integrations. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of development experience with leading teams, successfully delivering multiple projects, and managing end-to-end software development lifecycles.
This role requires a balance of hands-on technical expertise, architectural thinking, and strong team leadership. The candidate must be comfortable managing multiple parallel projects while ensuring high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions.
Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and oversee development using the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
- Lead cloud deployments on platforms such as AWS / Azure / GCP.
- Mentor developers with AI coding platforms like Claude or Cursor
- Design scalable backend systems, APIs, and microservices.
- Ensure performance optimization, security best practices, and code quality.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects with defined timelines and milestones
- Ensure on-time and high-quality delivery.
- Work closely with product managers, UI/UX teams, and stakeholders.
- Identify risks and proactively mitigate project bottlenecks.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of developers.
- Understand and communicate the business requirements to junior team members
Required Skills:
- Very strong knowledge in MERN/MEAN Stack.
- Experience in both relational and NoSQL databases
- Strong cloud experience (AWS preferred)
- Experience in deploying containerized apps (Docker preferred).
- Knowledge of AI/ML integrations, Vector databases
- Understanding of DevOps practices and automated deployments.
