Technical Team Expansion

Established in 1977, Tara Paints Pvt Ltd is a leading paint manufacturing company based in Ahmedabad with a vast network of over 5,000 dealers and industrial customers across 22 states. Operating more than 50 branches, agents, and distributors, we specialize in various innovative and high-performance coatings, including wood coatings, automotive refinishes, industrial coatings, construction chemicals, and more. Our manufacturing plant produces over 300 tons of paint monthly, with an expandable capacity of up to 2,000 tons per month, and offers more than 200 diverse products to meet varying client needs. At Tara Paints, we are dedicated to delivering top-quality solutions across industries such as automotive, construction, packaging, and infrastructure.

This is a full-time, on-site role in Ahmedabad focused on the expansion of our technical team. Responsibilities include supporting research and development, overseeing process improvements, implementing innovative solutions, and collaborating with the production and quality control teams. The role is integral to driving product innovation, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing the quality of our advanced paint and coating solutions.

• Strong technical expertise in coatings, including formulation and process improvements
• Experience in production management, quality assurance, and process optimization
• Knowledge of chemical properties and applications in industrial and protective coatings
• Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate technical concepts effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
• Proven organizational skills with an ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of manufacturing systems and proficiency in relevant technical software and tools
• Experience in the paint or coatings industry is highly advantageous
