Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist, based in Noida. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including engaging with candidates, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing hires for technical positions. The specialist will collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements, build a strong talent pipeline, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Technical Recruiting and IT Recruitment
  • Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and hiring
  • Skills in conducting technical interviews and evaluating candidate potential
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
  • Ability to work independently and build effective candidate pipelines
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
