This role is for someone who:

• Understands cybersecurity roles beyond job descriptions
• Enjoys hiring for niche, high-skill, hard-to-fill positions
• Is comfortable working with US-based stakeholders and clients
• Thinks like a partner to the business, not just a recruiter

You'll play a key role in shaping Fluidech's cybersecurity teams as we grow across consulting, managed services, and global engagements.

What you'll be doing

• Own the entire recruitment lifecyclefrom requirement understanding to onboarding
• Partner closely with US stakeholders, delivery leaders, and leadership
• Source using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, niche communities, and proactive headhunting
• Conduct deep screening for technical depth, consulting mindset, and client readiness
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for recurring cybersecurity needs
• Ensure a transparent, respectful, and high-quality candidate experience
• Track hiring metrics and continuously improve hiring effectiveness

What we're looking for

This role is a strong fit if you have:

• 58+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition
• Proven experience hiring across cybersecurity roles
• Experience working with US-based companies or hiring for US clients
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity domains, tools, and role expectations
• Comfort working in a fast-paced consulting environment
• Willingness to work from our Gurgaon office
