Roles & Responsibilities:
Technical Support
- Provide technical assistance to international customers via Voice or Chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to products/services.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support or relevant teams.
Communication & Coordination
- Communicate clearly in English with international clients.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues.
Work Details
- 5 days working per week.
- Both side cab facility provided.
Eligibility:
- Minimum 1 year of international technical support experience.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Candidates with chat support experience can also apply.
