Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Facility Operations & Service Delivery

  • Manage all facility management operations and maintenance activities at the client site
  • Act as the single point of contact for technical facility operations during assigned shifts
  • Ensure smooth execution of planned and reactive maintenance activities
  • Oversee staffing, performance, and development of on-site facility teams
  • Ensure seamless coordination with client real estate and facility management teams

SLA, KPI & Performance Management

  • Ensure achievement of SLA and KPI targets as defined in the management plan
  • Monitor and improve service delivery performance across all technical functions
  • Develop tools to measure team performance on a quarterly and annual basis
  • Ensure compliance with JLL audit standards and client expectations
  • Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual operational reports

Maintenance & Technical Management

  • Ensure execution of Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedules
  • Implement pre-emptive maintenance programs to reduce equipment failures
  • Maintain equipment database and ensure proper upkeep of all assets
  • Conduct regular inspections of facility systems and infrastructure
  • Support troubleshooting of critical equipment and operational issues
  • Provide technical training to on-site teams on equipment handling and procedures

Safety, Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure strict compliance with statutory regulations including fire, health, and safety standards
  • Implement and monitor safety procedures, crisis management, and business continuity plans
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and ensure mitigation measures are in place
  • Ensure adherence to ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards (preferred)

Energy & Resource Management

  • Implement energy conservation strategies to optimize consumption
  • Monitor utility usage and identify improvement opportunities
  • Support sustainable facility management practices

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Interface with client facility and real estate teams to ensure alignment of objectives
  • Build strong relationships with clients and ensure high satisfaction levels
  • Proactively gather and respond to client feedback
  • Support implementation of short-term and long-term client projects
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and value addition

Team Leadership & Coordination

  • Build and manage high-performing facility management teams
  • Ensure goal setting, performance reviews, and career development planning for team members
  • Promote teamwork and ensure alignment with operational targets
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth service delivery
