We are seeking a motivated and skilled Technical Support Voice professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional technical support to our customers, assisting them with their inquiries and resolving technical issues through voice communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for customers via voice communication.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues reported by users.
• Assist customers in navigating products and services effectively.
• Document customer interactions and resolutions in the support ticketing system.
• Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level technical teams when necessary.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Skills and Qualifications

• 0-3 years of experience in a technical support role or similar position.
• Strong verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Familiarity with common operating systems (Windows, MacOS) and mobile devices.
• Knowledge of networking concepts and internet technologies.
• Customer service orientation with a focus on helping others.
• Basic understanding of software applications and hardware components.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Qualification: min 12th

Experience: min 1year of experience from international voice process

Shift: Rotational shift ,2 Rotational Off

Salary: 34000 CTC, 28000 take home

Location: ITPL, Bangalore

Age cut Off: 30 years

Cab :2-way cab

Must: Excellent communication Skill
