Role & Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and support to international customers over the phone.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, or network connectivity.
• Guide users through problem-solving steps and explain technical concepts clearly.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and efficient service.

What We're Looking For

• Education: 10+2 qualification, or any graduate.
• Experience: Freshers are welcome, or candidates with up to 1 year of documented technical support experience.
• Communication:Excellent English communication is mandatory.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
