Technical Support Voice

Description

We are seeking a Technical Support Voice professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a background in providing exceptional customer service and technical support, with a focus on resolving issues efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers via voice calls
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to products or services
• Assist customers with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of software and hardware
• Document all interactions with customers in the support ticketing system
• Collaborate with other technical teams to resolve complex issues
• Provide feedback on product performance and customer experience to improve service delivery

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience in a technical support or customer service role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically
• Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques for software and hardware issues
• Basic understanding of networking concepts and operating systems
• Experience with customer support ticketing systems and CRM software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset

Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass

Experience: Minimum 1 year in International Voice Process

Process: Tech Support – Voice

Language: Excellent English Communication Required

Shift: Rotational Shift

Weekly Off: 2 Rotational Offs

Salary: ₹34,000 CTC | ₹28,000 Take Home

Age Limit: Up to 30 Years

Cab: 2-Way Cab Facility

Location: ITPL, Bangalore

Work Mode: WFO
