We are looking for a dedicated Technical Support Trainee to provide excellent service by resolving issues, fulfilling requests, and ensuring a positive client experience. As the primary contact for customers, you will help them navigate our products. This role suits someone passionate about assisting others, with strong communication skills and a knack for problem-solving.
Eligibility & Eligibility
- Fresh graduates or postgraduates with non-technical background are preferred.
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for creating presentations and reports.
- Ability to work rotational shifts (day/night) and a permanent 6-day work week, including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Empathy and patience in handling customer concerns.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic computer software.
- Willing to commit to a 2-year service agreement and relocate to Noida.

- Respond to Customer Queries: Address customer questions, concerns, and feedback through various channels (email, CRM, and App/Play Store).
- Resolve Issues: Troubleshoot product issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
- Provide Product Information: Educate customers on product features, usage, and benefits to enhance their experience.
- Document Customer Interactions: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with Other Departments: Work closely with the Development, Database, Datacentre and other teams to resolve customer issues and ensure continuous improvement.
- Identify Customer Needs: Proactively identify trends in customer queries and provide feedback to management for product or process improvement.
- Assist in Training: Help on-board new team members or provide training as needed to ensure successful adoption of products and SOPs.
