Technical Support & Sales Executive (Chat Process)
Role Overview
Join our team in Mohali as a Technical Support & Sales Executive. We are looking for tech-savvy graduates capable of delivering high-quality support via chat while identifying opportunities to help customers scale their solutions through proactive upselling.
Key Responsibilities
- Chat-Based Support: Resolve technical issues including DNS, cPanel, SSL certificates, and email configurations via live chat.
- Consultative Upselling: Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate upgrades (e.g., VPS, Dedicated servers) or security add-ons to improve performance.
- Problem Resolution: Diagnose and fix technical errors with clear, step-by-step guidance.
- Target Achievement: Meet KPIs for customer satisfaction (CSAT), response times, and monthly sales conversions.
Job Requirements
- Qualification:Any Graduate with a strong interest in technology (Technical degrees preferred).
- Location Preference:Local Tricity candidates (Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula) preferred.
- Joining:Immediate Joiners will be given priority.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of domains, servers, and internet protocols.
- Communication: Exceptional written English skills and the ability to multitask across multiple chat windows.
- Flexibility: Ability to work in rotational shifts (5-day work week) with 2 rotational week-offs.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: 27,000 to 33,000 CTC per month.
- Transport:Free CAB facilities available for female candidates for shifts between 9:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
- Work Location: Mohali.
